The Kids Cancer Care Foundation of Alberta outsources Computer Support and Management to Pure IT
The Kids Cancer Care Foundation of Alberta (KCCFA) is a charitable organization that helps build bridges of hope and pillars of support for families fighting childhood cancer. The Foundation helps Alberta children and families by providing funding and programs in four key areas:
- Camp & Community Outreach
- Pediatric Oncology Research
- Clinical Support
- KCCFA Derek Wandzura Memorial Scholarship
In May of 2009 Pure IT assumed the responsibility of managing and supporting the entire computer infrastructure of KCCFA. Pure IT’s support for the KCCFA now ranges from their handheld devices and desktops to their main server that runs their fund raising software. Pure IT remotely monitors these systems 24/7, insuring that if an issue arises they are notified immediately so that the problem can be resolved quickly and efficiently without delays, downtime, or loss of information. A monthly fixed fee plan gives KCCFA the tools to easily budget their IT service expenditures for the year.
“We are very pleased with the technical support that Pure IT provides to the Kids Cancer Care Foundation. Their team is responsive, timely and very professional at meeting our IT requirements. We would not hesitate to recommend this company and their terrific staff!”
