I have personally dealt with Pure IT through three different companies over the past number of years. I seem to add them to a new company when I move on. They have been the sole IT support at times and other times backup and additional support for our inhouse IT position. They have worked out very well in both roles.

As a case in point, prior to the Calgary flood of 2013, Pure IT had worked with me to update our computer systems, get terminal connections set up and make sure our data was fully backed up. We were within 1.5 blocks of the first breach of the flood on Friday and Saturday we had email up and working, Sunday had access to our data and Monday moved our servers to another location and were fully operational on Tuesday. They even hosted our server during the 5 weeks we were out of our building as our employees worked from their homes.
